Responsibilities:
- Operating as the lead point of contact for all employees under your accounts
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Coordinate with HR team to structure desirable team members for new and existing accounts.
- Aid schedule team in schedule requirements for new and existing accounts.
- Ensure the field manager is responding appropriately to the site
- Develop training and post orders for new and existing accounts with the help of the field manager.
- Visit site locations to become familiar with specific site requirements.
- Develop invoices as per specific instructions given for each site and ensure invoices are paid on time.
- Build relationships and trust with assigned clients
- Minimum two site visits per week to ensure proper procedures are followed by front- line employees
- Schedule online meetings with employees under your assigned accounts
- Meets regularly with the Director of operations for status updates; addresses any actual or potential problems; assists line management in negotiation of client contract; provides support during client start-up; supports security planning, assessments, and surveys; reviews and updates post orders.
- Submit weekly progress reports regarding schedule discrepancies, incident reports from clients, involve HR in investigations.
- Take clients to lunches and entertainment activities to ensure relationships are maintained.
- Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
- Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
- Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
- Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that it will continue to enhance the company’s performance.

Requirements:
- Requirements:
- Finished Diploma, Bachelor or Associates Degree in Criminology Degree, Business, Arts or subject related.
- Must have a class 5 or 7 license
- Minimum of 1 year commitment is required
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills required
- Relative experience in Account Manager role is considered an asset but not required
- Law enforcement experience is considered an asset but not required
- High level of confidence to speak on the phone and during meetings
- Adaptability/Flexibility
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions precisely and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to work independently and in a team

- Compensation and Benefits Details:
- Competitive Compensation: $52,000 in your first year, plus an incredible chance to earn up to 10% commission on every client you bring in for the initial year! With no commission cap, your earning potential is limitless plus 5% bonus pay.
