Responsibilities:

  • Operating as the lead point of contact for all employees under your accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Coordinate with HR team to structure desirable team members for new and existing accounts.
  • Aid schedule team in schedule requirements for new and existing accounts.
  • Ensure the field manager is responding appropriately to the site
  • Develop training and post orders for new and existing accounts with the help of the field manager.
  • Visit site locations to become familiar with specific site requirements.
  • Develop invoices as per specific instructions given for each site and ensure invoices are paid on time.
  • Build relationships and trust with assigned clients
  • Minimum two site visits per week to ensure proper procedures are followed by front- line employees
  • Schedule online meetings with employees under your assigned accounts
  • Meets regularly with the Director of operations for status updates; addresses any actual or potential problems; assists line management in negotiation of client contract; provides support during client start-up; supports security planning, assessments, and surveys; reviews and updates post orders.
  • Submit weekly progress reports regarding schedule discrepancies, incident reports from clients, involve HR in investigations.
  • Take clients to lunches and entertainment activities to ensure relationships are maintained.
  • Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.
  • Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.
  • Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.
  • Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that it will continue to enhance the company’s performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Requirements:
  • Finished Diploma, Bachelor or Associates Degree in Criminology Degree, Business, Arts or subject related.
  • Must have a class 5 or 7 license
  • Minimum of 1 year commitment is required
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills required
  • Relative experience in Account Manager role is considered an asset but not required
  • Law enforcement experience is considered an asset but not required
  • High level of confidence to speak on the phone and during meetings
  • Adaptability/Flexibility
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow directions precisely and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Attention to detail

  • Competitive Compensation: $52,000 in your first year, plus an incredible chance to earn up to 10% commission on every client you bring in for the initial year! With no commission cap, your earning potential is limitless plus 5% bonus pay.
