I am looking for a Senior Accountant - Real Estate for my client in Lanaudières.
Your tasks will be to:
- Complete the accounting cycle
- Prepare, analyze and explain financial statements
- Prepare and update budgets
- Perform project accounting
- Validate GST/QST reports
- Follow-up on intercompany transactions
- Perform accounting entries
- Manage leases
- Other related tasks

- Bachelor's degree in accounting
- Experience in accounting or related field
- Real estate experience
- CPA designation (an asset)
- Resourceful
- Versatile
What we offer:
- Salary between 85k and 95k
- 40-hour work week
