As a Senior Advisor - Customer Service - Cash Guard, you provide administrative support to Desjardins components and help administer specialized products and member/client accounts.
You lead development initiatives and innovative, complex strategic interventions. Your initiatives require extensive knowledge of your line of work.
You make recommendations regarding the planning and execution of operationally and conceptually complex projects and initiatives requiring comprehensive analysis and understanding of the organization and line of business. Coordination is critical, so you frequently interact with stakeholders working in many different fields. Interpersonal savvy is therefore essential.
You serve as specialist advisor and subject matter specialist. You also act as resource and support person for decision-making bodies.

Main responsibilities
Advise your clients and partners to help them position, plan, develop, execute and monitor strategic projects and initiatives
Develop and update policies, standards, models and programs to support your unit’s strategic projects and initiatives
Target, analyze and diagnose major issues and make recommendations to decision-making bodies
Represent your unit before decision-making bodies
Represent Desjardins’s position when making agreements with external partners and organizations.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
A minimum of six years of experience in accounting
Experience in operational efficiency (an asset)

Knowledge of Cash Guard activities (an asset)
