What will your typical day look like?
Our Sustainable ExperiencesSenior Consultant will support the development and management of Experiences and strategic opportunities for priority accounts. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of global clients to solve exciting sustainability and business challenges, stretch critical thinking and problem solving skills and network with executive level clients and senior leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborates with local staff, global colleagues, business leaders, and external partners to create high-quality deliverables and orchestrate custom experiences
- Creates, reviews, and supports Experiences and client narrative communications and coordinate with external and internal stakeholders; write success stories, and develop proposals, compelling power point presentations for internal communications
- Manages all logistics and providing operational support and underlying project management for assigned experiences, design sessions, and other Global Sustainability & Climate Experiences events
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations (advanced storyboarding and excel skills)
- Develops and manages process for measuring impact made by supporting Top Opportunities at the account level, while maintaining strong relationships with US/global subject matter experts

- 3 years of experience with professional services or similar experience delivering services through a business
- Experienced with narrative and development of client-level messaging
- Demonstrate an understanding of Go-to-Market motions and sales.
- Experienced working with executives and senior leadership
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to travel (less than 10%)
Total Rewards
The salary range for this position is $58,000 - $96,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
