WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Global Cyber Security (GCS) aims to be a world leader in cyber security and risk management. By building state-of-the-art capabilities to protect our customers and employees, the Global Cyber Security team supports business objectives through agile and efficient delivery of risk and cyber security services. The Senior Consultant – Organizational Change Management sits within the Global Cyber Security Strategic Delivery team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Organizational Change Management, the Senior Consultant - Organizational Change Management will lead OCM work-streams for assigned initiatives within Strategic Delivery’s portfolio of projects.
This role will work collaboratively with Strategic Delivery Project Managers as well as stakeholders across the organization to ensure OCM campaigns are delivered successfully.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Assess project change initiatives
- Identify stakeholders and stakeholder impacts
- Develop Change Management strategies to ensure stakeholder adoption
- Develop communications plans and material in partnership with Project Managers, Project leads and Sponsors
- Develop training plans and material to support stakeholder adoption
- Collaborate with Organizational Change Management (OCM), learning and corporate communications colleagues across the enterprise to deliver OCM deliverables in support of Strategic Delivery projects
- Manage ad hoc requests
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- 5 to 7 years working within an Organizational Change Management (OCM) function
- Knowledge of project management principles
- Flexible work style, able to pivot and redirect effort as strategies evolve
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience building training materials and learning content
- Ability to work on multiple initiatives at once
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in financial services or insurance
Nice-to-have:
- Change Management / Project Management Certification (PMP, Prosci etc.)
- Bilingual in English and French
- Cyber Security Experience
- Knowledge of Jira & Confluence
