As a Corporate Law Clerk in the Corporate Services Group, you'll play a crucial role in supporting clients and contributing to their success. Expect to handle a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing annual proceedings and resolutions to conducting due diligence reviews and assisting in post-closing organization of transactions. You'll have the opportunity to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team environment, utilizing your exceptional problem-solving skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.

To excel in this role, you'll need:
Demonstrated corporate searching knowledge.
The ability to work independently with strong follow-up skills, coupled with excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to multitask and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn and meticulous attention to detail.
10 years of experience in the legal industry and completion of a Legal Assistant or Law Clerk Diploma would be assets.
