Global Functions Technology (GFT) is part of RBC's Technology and Operations division. GFT's impact is far-reaching as we collaborate with partners from across the company to deliver innovative and transformative IT solutions. Our clients represent Risk, Finance, HR, CAO, Audit, Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Capital Markets, Personal and Commercial Banking and Wealth Management. We also lead the development of digital tools and platforms to enhance collaboration.

What will you do?
Define vision and product strategies for solving user needs and problems.
Work with a cross-functional team such as engineering, design, QA, legal, compliance and risks to enable full lifecycle of product development and product launches.
Acts as the voice of the user in product design, based on user feedbacks, testing and research.
Prioritize product challenges and opportunities, participate in backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning and user story elaboration.
Execute high-level product roadmaps into features and product delivery.
Evaluate OKR and key metrics to measure the velocity and success of the product initiatives.
Build high-quality, functional prototypes which convey, prove, and advance the vision of future RBC products and applications.
Analyze existing products, services, and processes to identify and recommend enhancements.
Contribute to key communication tactics that will be used to drive adoption of the products.
What do you need to succeed?
Must Have:
3+ years of Digital Product Manager experience for enterprise, B2C or B2B products, preferably with experience in AI and Mobility.
Track record of successes in building, scaling, and growing products with exceptional user experience.
Skilled at developing use cases, epics, and stories in a clear and concise manner, enabling the engineering team to deliver maximum productivity and user value.
Advanced knowledge of agile product management workflows (milestones, critical paths, product & sprint backlogs, work back schedules, sprint planning, backlog refinement, release burndown).
Experience in the planning of product releases and setting expectations for delivery of new functionality.
Strong communication skills including the ability to communicate clearly to all levels of audiences (both technical and non-technical).
Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience.
Nice to Have:
Experience working on mobile and Gen AI products or productivity applications
Experience and knowledge of agile scrum methodology
Experience with UX/UI best practices
Experience with software development
Strong presentation skills
