About the role
As a Senior Digital Analyst in our team, you will play a crucial role in deciphering digital data to drive informed business decisions. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze online user feedback, cross it with behavior- data set and remain aware of digital market trends. By interpreting data from various digital platforms, you will provide actionable insights that contribute to optimizing digital experiences on IFC website and app.
Responsibilities
Act as practice lead regarding intercept survey activities at IFC
Data Analysis: Utilize analytical tools to extract, transform, and analyze digital data. Interpret complex datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and insights. Provide regular reports on digital performance metrics, including platform appreciation (CX and UX metrics) and will play a significant role regarding progress tracking.
Holistic scope: Analyze user/customer journey and behavior on digital platforms to enhance overall user experience. Collaborate with web analysts, product and design teams to identify areas for improvement for IFC website and app. Provide recommendations to increase user engagement and satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement VoC reporting strategies.
Competitor Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital strategies employed by competitors. Identify market trends and opportunities to maintain a competitive edge. Present findings to stakeholders and make strategic recommendations.
Process: Recommend and implement best processes aiming to close the feedback loop of the UX research team.
Qualifications
Master degree in Marketing, BI, Statistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Analyst or similar role (marketing research agency is a plus)
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders (this includes executives)
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions to optimize digital performance.
Team Collaboration: Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with various departments.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to evolving digital trends and technologies.
No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.
Bilingualism required (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
