The Blueprint
The Senior Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to our President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the Executive Vice President, Finance and Corporate Services (EVP). The candidate is highly organized, possesses excellent time management skills, strong attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team exercising good judgment and initiative.
A Glimpse into Your Daily Activities
  • Leads and coordinates the day-to-day operation of the CEO and EVP offices, including maintenance and prioritization of their calendars.
  • Serves as a key point of contact for others with CEO and EVP, ensuring the effective and efficient workflow between their offices and internal and external clients.
  • Regularly interacts with external stakeholders at the executive/ senior level, including government officials and Board members.
  • Provides confidential assistance, including acting for them on delegated matters and undertaking special projects as requested, including the drafting, or editing of correspondence, policies, and other documents, and organizing events.
  • Preparing and printing regular reports for reviews, meeting agendas, and executive status meetings.
  • Works collaboratively with the CEO and EVP’s direct reports and their teams, as well as other C-Suite Executive Assistants.
The Architect of Your Success
  • Post-secondary administration credentials are considered an asset.
  • Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience, preferably in a direct support role to an executive or executive team.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with demonstrated experience prioritizing work and balancing numerous fluctuating and highly demanding priorities.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate needs, identify potential issues, and take initiative to address them.
  • Exercise a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent people skills and demonstrates the ability to work with employees at all levels within and outside the organization.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
