FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life:

Reporting to the Director, FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for the creation of North America Ecommerce revenue forecasts and triangulating this forecast against product and guest plans.

This role will be responsible for in year revenue forecasts in addition to multi year strategic plans.
This role also monitors and analyses Ecommerce revenue performance and drivers providing valuable insights to senior leadership on growth drivers and revenue scenarios.
Key strategic partner to Ecommerce & Digital Marketing leadership teams, leading teams through the quarterly and annual revenue planning process & channel revenue plans & investment

qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Business Administration.
CPA or MBA a plus.
6+ years of progressive financial analysis and reporting experience with fast pace business environments.
Retail industry experience an asset.
Expert knowledge of Excel is required and working knowledge of Oracle Hyperion an asset Extremely organized, thorough and takes pride in quality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.
Ability to work with a large amount of detail without losing sight of the big picture.

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103, 500 - $135, 900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program subject to program eligibility requirements.
