FP&A is responsible for planning and managing lululemon's overall financial performance. a day in the life:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Senior Financial Analyst - Supply Chain Capital is responsible for the execution of all long-range and capital financial planning and analysis activities supporting our Global Fulfillment team.
- Key strategic partner to the Supply Chain Strategy team, partnering in planning of long-term strategic initiatives associated with our Global Fulfillment team.
- Prepare CAPEX and depreciation analysis at month and quarter end which includes investigating variances to budget and forecast and communicating financial results to FP&A leadership and senior cross functional business partners.
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives and ad-hoc projects to provide financial analysis for decision making support.
qualifications:
- 6+ years of progressive finance, financial analysis, and reporting experience with fast-paced business environments.
- Retail industry experience is an asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or similar.
- CPA or MBA is an asset.
- Oracle EPM or large financial planning software knowledge and PowerBI are assets
- Strong financial background, and expert knowledge of Excel is required.
- Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills.
- Extremely organized, detail oriented and takes pride in quality.
- Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a time sensitive manner.

Compensation and Benefits Package
lululemon’s compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognizes exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $103,500 - $135,900 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program, subject to program eligibility requirements.
