Reporting to the Director, Projects, the Senior Manager, Program Delivery is accountable for successful delivery of large scale, multi-year capital projects as well as a portfolio of current projects. This role leads the development, execution and monitoring of the KSPC portfolio of projects, ensuring the people, processes and tools are in place to successfully deliver in alignment with organizational strategic goals. Proven delivery of complex $500M+ per year portfolios
Proven delivery of individual projects to the value of $500M
A minimum of 15+ years relevant experience in all facets of program management in Brownfield operations
Advanced knowledge in related fields of procurement, project finance, controlling, operations readiness, quality assurance, health and safety, contractor, portfolio, and meeting management
Established leadership abilities, including influencing the decision-making of internal and external stakeholders, and proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop Project Managers and other team members
Work effectively with internal/external clients and stakeholders to ensure needs are met and identify/mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (stage gate)
Proven ability to scan the external environment and translate into implications relevant to KSPC to contribute to the successful execution of future programs
