- Act as technical P&C expert for both new and reoccurring initiatives (enhanced by digital solutions) to ensure seamless and on-time delivery (incl. intake, analysis, prioritizing, deployment planning, testing, test management, tracking, progress reporting and implementation)
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Field requests and gather requirements from cross functional partners for new or changed functionality pertaining to people processes that live in our digital solutions (ie. Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS)
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendation to P&C Product Managers & IT People Systems team to mitigate data quality issues through regular audits and testing initiatives.
- Create and maintain systems configuration requirement documents.
- 3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst (or similar)
- Deep subject matter expertise of HRIS (Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS preferred) with strong working knowledge of business processes supported within these technology-based solutions.
- Moderate working knowledge of Docebo LMS (very nice to have!)
- Strong requirements management skills incl. elicitation, scoping, prioritizing, risks/issues management (ideal candidate has experience working within Jira & Confluence
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent steams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines.
- Experience identifying, analyzing and resolving issues identified through audits and testing activities.
