About the opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to come join our growing team! Jerry is building the first AllCar super app to help people save time and money on their car — one of their most expensive assets and a $2T market in the U.S. We are leveraging technology and machine learning to help people optimize every aspect of owning a car including buy and sell, insurance, financing, safety, maintenance, repairs, and more. Since we launched our app in 2019, we have amassed over 4M customers, raised $240MM in funding, scaled our revenue 40X and our team to 280 across 7 countries.
Reporting directly to one of our cofounders, you will partner closely with senior leaders and own experienced roles across R&D and G&A in the U.S. and Canada. How you will make an impact:
Own full cycle recruiting across a variety of business areas including product management, software engineering, data science, product design/research, marketing, communications, creative production, legal, editorial content, human resources, finance and operations
Work closely with our hiring leaders in the U.S, and Canada to develop effective recruiting strategies to meet our teams' ongoing growth needs
Mentor and support junior team members on the recruiting team
Continuously review, reflect and iterate on our recruiting and interviewing practices to ensure we are utilizing our team's time efficiently without sacrificing quality
Ideal profile:
A few years of recruiting experience, having worked on a variety of roles (it's not important to us how many years you've been doing this, we want to know that you can thrive in unfamiliar territory)
Track record of being successful in a high velocity, demanding environment
Bachelors Degree; ideally in an intellectually rigorous discipline
