Headhunting: Utilize your expertise in headhunting to target and attract candidates with the perfect fit for our organization.
Candidate Alignment: Assess and ensure alignment with our core values, emphasizing multitasking abilities, customer orientation, and a strong interest in cutting-edge technology and internet security/cybersecurity.
Utilize Tools: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, and other relevant tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a focus on niche, hard-to-fill positions.
- Strong proficiency in utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, and other sourcing tools.
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
