Networking and Outreach: Proactively identify and connect with top-tier candidates through various networking channels, both online and in-person.
Headhunting: Utilize your expertise in headhunting to target and attract candidates with the perfect fit for our organization.
Candidate Alignment: Assess and ensure alignment with our core values, emphasizing multitasking abilities, customer orientation, and a strong interest in cutting-edge technology and internet security/cybersecurity.
Utilize Tools: Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Zoominfo, and other relevant tools to identify and engage potential candidates.
