  • Form and chaperon teams to the next level of performance and maturity.
  • Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by connecting them with the right people in the right places.
  • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving.
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information.
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
  • Lead by example.
  • Collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
  • Be part of the communities of practice for Scrum Masters.

What you bring to the table:

  • Recognized Scrum Master Certification.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master and 8 years experience in agile product development.
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
  • Experience with a variety of Agile approaches and concepts in a large-scale context.
  • At ease with Atlassian suite tools, such as Jira, Confluence.

Profile sought:

  • Engaging, self-motivated.
  • Passionate for building a great team culture.
  • You excel at leveraging conflict situations for reflection and learning.
  • Organized and proactive, always planning a surprise for the team.
  • A good listener, always listening to the beat.
  • Bilingualism essential (French / English) – Need to interact on a regular basis with colleagues across the country.
