Yard Burger & The Good Fight Taco are in need of friendly, welcoming and energetic people to greet our guests with a smile and ensure their experience with us is top notch.

What is required of the Front of House staff at Yard Burger/The Good Fight Taco?

- Personality is the most important trait. The only true prerequisite for this job is a good attitude, a sunny disposition and a true passion for giving people a wonderful experience.

- Communication is key. This job requires constant communication with guests, kitchen staff and management.

- Ability to work under pressure. We serve a wide range of clientele from the lunch business crowd to hordes of Jets & Sea Bears fans and concert goers of all kinds. We are very busy event nights, so you need to be able to work quickly when it matters most.

- Cleaning and stocking. Preparation is the key to success. That means leaving the restaurant as clean and stocked for your co-workers so everyone is doing their share and everyone is ready to ensure a great experience for all guests.
