Position: Server/Cashier

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join us as a Server/Cashier. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding service to our patrons while also managing transactions at the cash register.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant and provide them with menus.
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, answering any questions they may have about the menu.
• Serve food and beverages to customers, ensuring orders are delivered promptly and accurately.
• Process payments using the cash register or POS system, handling cash and card transactions with precision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station, including wiping down tables, restocking condiments, and ensuring a tidy workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive dining experience for customers.
• Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and assisting with food preparation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred, but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when handling transactions and orders.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
