Server/Supervisor

As the successful candidate, you will thrive in fast paced environments and are able to work effectively under pressure. You have a working knowledge in the safe and sanitary handling of food; preferable possessing a Smart Serve certificate. Working in a team environment is one of your strengths. You are self-motivated, flexible, and have a strong commitment to the quality of your service.

Specific duties:

Serving Customers as required

Opening & Closing duties as required

Implement and enforce operational procedures

Assist in staff training

Monitor staff performance

Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to develop rapport with customers, and colleagues

Flexible availability

Any formal training or education relating to the hospitality industry is a strong asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
