Specific duties:
Serving Customers as required
Opening & Closing duties as required
Implement and enforce operational procedures
Assist in staff training
Monitor staff performance
Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong ability to develop rapport with customers, and colleagues
Flexible availability
Any formal training or education relating to the hospitality industry is a strong asset

Salary: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
