• The main responsibilities include:
• Processing warranty claims in compliance with Toyota Warranty policy manual
• Communicating with Toyota Canada regarding warranty claims
• Creating, scheduling, and processing internal repair orders
• Updating live sales dashboard on reconditioning status
• Coordinate with Sales Manager for obtaining approval for reconditioning costs
• Coordinate with parts department for ordering parts
• Continual learning and education
• Other general administrative duties, as required

The ideal candidate will also have the following qualifications & requirements:We provide a competitive compensation package and a friendly work environment.

• Minimum of 1 year administrative experience (automotive administrative experience is not required)
• Be able to demonstrate a high level of organizational and ‘attention to detail’ skills
• Automotive background is an asset
• Willingness to continually learn and improve skills
• A minimum of valid class G2 driver’s license with no major convictions
• Clear criminal background check
