NGIT's client is looking for Service Desk Analyst for Regina Location.Following is JD.
Ideally the resource will have:
1.Experience providing Technical IT Support to End-users in a corporate Service Desk environment.
(Tier 1 support)
2.Experience working with formalized ITSM practices such as Incident Management, Request Fulfillment, Problem Management, and other Service Operation processes.
3.Experience working with and providing front line support for Windows Desktop platforms
(Windows 10 or higher)
4.Experience working with and providing front line support for Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, and One Note)
5.Experience providing front line support for Line of Business applications
6.Experience with Ivanti Cherwell ITSM
7.Experience with Windows file system access control in an Active Directory integrated
environment.
8.Hold an ITIL or HDI Certificate or other Service Desk industry certifications (provide number of
years with certification and where available, Candidate and/or Certificate ID Number)
9.Experience utilizing knowledge management principles, resources, and systems
10.Worked in an environment employing multi-vendor/contracted resources
11.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with focus and attention to detail
12.Customer Communication Skills/Experience
13.Pro-active, independent, self-starter
14.Proven ability to balance, prioritize and organize multiple tasks
