Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Service Desk Coordinator to join our team at Glass Repair Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating service requests, scheduling appointments, and providing support to our field technicians and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming service requests via phone, email, or online portal
- Schedule appointments for glass repair and replacement services
- Coordinate with field technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, appointments, and customer interactions
- Assist with dispatching technicians and optimizing route efficiency
- Handle customer complaints and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve service quality
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and invoice processing
- Contribute to ongoing process improvements and system enhancements
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in computer software and data entry
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
- Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service
- Knowledge of glass repair industry or construction-related field is an asset
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required
