Service Manager

Fort Equipment is a full-service Kubota farm and construction equipment dealership that has served northern Nova Scotia and Southern New Brunswick for over 40 years and two generations. We are looking for someone to help us continue to provide a high level customer support in the service department.

Responsibilities for this position:

· Co-ordinate the daily operations of the service department

· Manage the shop schedule and assign jobs

· Supervise the employees in the service department

· Receive calls and work with customers

· Process work orders

Skills:

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team

· Strong organizational skills

· Computer literacy

Education:

· Certificate, diploma or degree in a relevant field

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: From $72,000.00 per year
