Service & Rentals Associate

Flaman Sales has a great opportunity for you!!!! We currently have an opening for an enthusiastic, friendly and motivated Service & Rentals Associateto join our Medicine Hat, Alberta team!!!

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Create strong and lasting relationships with our customers
• Advise customers in person and over the phone on our services and rentals
• Offer your expertise and knowledge on service and repairs & equipment and trailer rentals
• Provide written estimates and prepare invoices
• Open/close work orders
• Follow up with customers
• Ensure accurate completion of necessary paperwork and maintain accurate records
• Assist in maintaining a welcoming space for customers, organizing service and rentals areas
• Use safe work practices to ensure safety of all staff, vendors and customers
• Other tasks as required

Skills and Qualifications:

• Journeyman/woman or Experienced Service Person (preferred)
• Familiarity with mechanical and agricultural equipment (considered an asset)
• Strong computer and data entry skills
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Capable and confident individual focused on customer service
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Organized with ability to balance priorities using good time management
• Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through
• Upbeat, positive, team-oriented in nature
• Have a great work ethic and eager to learn new things
• Ability to safely lift heavy products, up to 55 lbs and occasionally, over 100 lbs as part of a team
• Good communication skills and willingness to help out other team members
