Advance is looking for Service Technician / Trailer Mechanic to join our team.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
-Assemble and install all types of suspensions
-Wheel Align trailers
-Perform government inspections - SGI, CVIP, etc.
-Plumbing of tanks and trailers
-Diagnose, install and repair complete brake system on trailers, steam tank trailers and tank truck box
-Steam tanks, trailers and tank trucks
-Installation and repairs of pumps and meters on all tanks and trailers
Requirements:
-Must be mechanically inclined
-Must be able to work with heights and in confined spaces-Must have own tools
-Experience in semi-trailer and tanker repairs
-Class 1A and aluminum welding experience would be considered an asset
-Applicants with some mechanic education and at least one year of tank trailer service and repair/heavy duty mechanic experience are preferred
