Key accountabilities include:
Ensure customer expectations regarding service-related and warranty-related repairs are met in a timely and controlled manner by:
Accurately scheduling warranty and service jobs by working in concert with production schedules.
Assisting in quoting retail service work and communicating with customers accordingly.
Tracking staffing information to ensure optimized flow of product through all areas of service work.
Preparing all relevant paperwork and invoicing as required.
Providing relevant reporting on service and updates.
Continually identifying opportunities for evaluation that will increase customer satisfaction and service revenues.
Inspecting finished jobs to ensure quality expectations are fulfilled.
Updating Trello board and providing input in production meetings.
Providing needed support to Crew Chiefs to best achieve the schedule.
Reviewing weekly and monthly schedules to identify and overcome bottlenecks before they arise.
Supporting warranty and parts departments as needed.
