If you possess a client-centered approach and have a knack for positively connecting with people, then the role of Shift Supervisor, Front Deskat UGM is perfect for you. In this position, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Front Desk services, where individuals often seek refuge and support. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead by example, embodying empathy and compassion in every interaction. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of the Front Desk; you'll leverage your strong interpersonal skills to provide exceptional support to our guests, oversee the Front Desk operations, offer leadership and guidance to the team, and ensure a welcoming environment for all who visit. You will frequently deal with clients in crisis situations brought about by diverse problems. There will be other staff nearby to assist as required.
This is a permanent, full-time position. The weekly schedule for this position is 8 am-4 pm on Monday-Friday. The starting hourly salary for this position is $28.96-$31.64 per hour.
