Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Shift Supervisor/ Waiter/ Waitress at our newest location - Roehampton. As a Shift Supervisor at The WORKS, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dining area while providing leadership and guidance to our serving team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers during shifts to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Train, mentor, and motivate server staff to deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area and server stations
• Oversee server performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues in a timely and constructive manner
• Assist in resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
• Collaborate with management to implement and enforce restaurant policies and procedures
• Assist in opening and closing duties, including cash handling and reconciliation
• Lead by example by providing exceptional service and demonstrating a positive attitude at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a restaurant or hospitality environment
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (if applicable)

Salary: $18.55-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
