Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As a Shipper/Receiver, you are responsible for preparing and distributing inbound products for assessment by our After-Sales representatives. You are part of a team that oversees and facilitates inbound and outbound shipments from both of our North Vancouver Offices, with focus on organization, unboxing, labeling, and inputting data. You manage your time effectively to ensure incoming products are processed in a timely manner for both employees and guests while also supporting the outbound shipping needs of the Arc’teryx Head Office and Design Center. You are the source of shipping knowledge at the North Vancouver Offices and assist all departments by sharing that knowledge.
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office and is expected to be performed on-location.

This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
If you were the Shipper/Receiver now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Receiving, tracking, and organizing all incoming deliveries to the Arc’teryx North Vancouver Offices, working closely with After-Sales Operations and Office Services
- Facilitating timely inbound and outbound shipments for Guest Services, After-Sales, and for other departments within Head Office and the Design Center
- Facilitating tracking of inter-office mail between the North Vancouver offices, local brand stores, and ArcOne
- Preparing guests products arriving for service to be distributed and assessed by the After-Sales service team
- Supporting with moving and storing items at both North Vancouver Offices
- Managing your workload effectively, with consideration of our department’s service level

- You have previous experience or an interest in a Shipping/Receiving role
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You have experience in shipping and/or receiving
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong communication skills
- You have proficient computer skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- You have strong time management skills
- You are comfortable working in a confined space
- You are able to lift objects up to 60lbs
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration

$45,000 - $47,000 a year
A reasonable estimate of the pay range is CAD$45000 - CAD$47000 at the time of this posting. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, education and/or training.
Please note that the range details above reflect the base pay only and does not include our competitive bonus program and benefits that we offer.
