Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
This role is based out of our North Vancouver office. Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
If you were the Shipper/Receiver now, here are some of the core activities you would be doing:
- Receiving, tracking, and organizing all incoming deliveries to the Arc’teryx North Vancouver Offices, working closely with After-Sales Operations and Office Services
- Facilitating timely inbound and outbound shipments for Guest Services, After-Sales, and for other departments within Head Office and the Design Center
- Facilitating tracking of inter-office mail between the North Vancouver offices, local brand stores, and ArcOne
- Preparing guests products arriving for service to be distributed and assessed by the After-Sales service team
- Supporting with moving and storing items at both North Vancouver Offices
- Managing your workload effectively, with consideration of our department’s service level

- Stretching your support in collaboration with leadership by taking on focused tasks
- Contributing to the development of new resources to improve our processes, service levels and overall guest experience
- Acquiring knowledge to become a subject matter expert
- Providing key support for our team with specific products, collections, processes, or systems
Are you our next Shipper/Receiver?
- You have previous experience or an interest in a Shipping/Receiving role
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- You have experience in shipping and/or receiving
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment
- You have strong communication skills
- You have proficient computer skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- You have strong time management skills
- You are comfortable working in a confined space
- You are able to lift objects up to 60lbs
- You remain highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
- You are able to balance autonomy and collaboration
- You inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
- You seek the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions, with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
