Purpose and Objectives:
Monitor the incoming and outgoing shipments
Provide quick and efficient deliveries and pick ups
Maintain proper filing and paperwork for incoming and outgoing orders
Prepare documentation and labeling for incoming and outgoing product
Keep a clean and organized parts and service department
Assist all departments when needed
Manage on time delivery of major parts
Responsibilities:
Assist in the day to day operations of the parts and purchasing department
Inspect incoming shipments for compliance to purchase orders and file correctly
Accurately input receipts into company’s computer system
Stock shelves and kit parts as needed
Unload trucks, move materials as needed
Prepare parts and products for shipment, arrange pickup, complete all required documentation
Pick up parts as required from local suppliers
Keep the receiving and parts stocking areas neat and tidy
Openly support the Company Values
Assist with tasks for production shop (cleaning boats, cleaning, organizing)
Help administration department with parts website by inputting inventory
Relieve admin department if needed
Maintain a steady workflow by seeking tasks
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Class 5 driver's License
Clean driver's abstract
Outgoing, positive personality
Excellent written and spoken communications in English
Understanding of the sales and production cycles
Eager to pitch in and help where needed
Accuracy with computer data input
Operation of forklifts
Excellent capability on Microsoft Office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From $19.50 per hour
