Shipping and Receiving Specialist

We are passionate in delivering results and customer satisfaction. To boost our growth, we are looking for Shipping and Receiving Specialistwho can contribute to the following activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Maintains receiving, shipping, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating.
• Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols.
• Ascertain the quality and quantity of picked items and ensure that they are safely delivered to the delivery pallet.
• Maintain physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Assist in loading and unloading trucks and determining safe ways of stacking items on the truck and retrieving items in a safe manner.
• Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling data with storage system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• Around one year of experience in the similar field.
• High School Diploma or equivent required.
• Advance skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
• Expertise in warehouse management procedures and best practices.
• Must be qualified/certified forklift driver.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
• Leadership skills and ability to manage staff.
• Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
