Shipping / Inventory Coordinator

The Shipping/Inventory Coordinator will direct the flow of materials from the facility to the clients’ job sites, while receiving and managing inventory.

Responsibilities:

· Organize trucking to meet the delivery schedules of our clients

· Ensure the shipping paperwork is correct and the loads on the trucks are accurate

· Manage and update the delivery software systems

· Schedule inbound freight and receiving, confirming that the product is accurate

· Inventory control

· Perform other job-related duties, as required

Qualifications:

· 1 – 3 years of previous experience

· Logistics experience required

· Working knowledge of Mitek MBA and Management software an asset

· Accurate, with strong attention to detail

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize workload
