Shop Hand / Digital Media Marketing

Responsibilities:

• Marketing Video Ideation and Production:
• Brainstorm creative concepts and ideas for marketing videos.
• Develop video scripts, storyboards, and shot lists.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure videos align with brand messaging and objectives.
• prepare the ideas for creating the video
• Social Media Management:
• Set up marketing videos for social media platforms, ensuring optimal formatting and scheduling for maximum engagement.
• Collaborate with the social media team to analyze video performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
• Inventory Management and Operations Support:
• Organize and maintain inventory of parts and equipment.
• Assist in receiving shipments and putting away parts in designated storage areas.
• Clean and prepare parts for use or shipment, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to prepare items for shipping or curbside pickup.
• Warehouse Support and Maintenance:
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse or workspace.
• Assist in packing and labeling larger items for shipping, ensuring accuracy and proper handling.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, sweeping, and putting tools in proper location
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with colleagues across different departments to coordinate tasks and achieve common goals.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
• Provide assistance and support to coworkers as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in video production, marketing, or related fields preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects when required.

Contract length: 6 months

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
