We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
```Responsibilities```
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with product selection, technical sales, and product demos
- Communicate effectively with customers through various channels including phone, email, and chat
- Process customer orders and handle cashiering duties accurately
- Maintain knowledge of product features, pricing, and promotions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Handle customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in the interior decorating industry, window treatments, home decor sales is a definite plus
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Sales experience or knowledge is highly desirable
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions are a must
- Familiarity with data-entry tasks is a plus
- Ability to work in a challenging retail environment
- Ability to lift up to 25lbs is required

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 35 per week
