Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a holistic health care setting (i.e. chiropractic, naturopathic, massage therapy) OR have a strong background in a fast-paced customer service environment that involved scheduling appointments and office administration.
Must be a chiropractic advocate, mature, people person, not afraid to touch people, lives a healthy lifestyle, team player, morning person, punctual, organized, strong work ethic, multi-tasker, dependable, ambitious, and creative.
The successful applicant must also possess the following skills:
Computer/tech savvy, great communicator, listens well, and time management.
To continue pursuing our mission of providing families in our community with exceptional chiropractic care, the successful applicant will perform the following:
New patient examinations, progress examinations, comparative examinations
Take a thorough and accurate health history.
Perform physical testing efficiently and accurately which includes range of motion, grip strength, postural analysis, bilateral weight distribution, and blood pressure.
Perform neurological testing efficiently and accurately which includes thermal imaging, surface electromyography, and heart rate variability.
Front desk duties
Answer phones, call patients to reschedule their appointments, respond to e-mails, process payments, schedule appointments, guide patients to appropriate rooms, and balancing daily transactions.
32 hours per week and must be available to work the following hours:
Monday: 12:00 pm – 6:00 pm (1st Monday of the month start at 10:00 am for staff meeting)
Tuesday: 6:00 am – 11:00 am; 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Wednesday: 6:00 am – 11:00 am
Thursday: 6:00 am – 11:00 am; 1:30 pm – 6:00 pm
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday: Off
Must be able to work additional hours 3-4 weeks out of the year to cover for holidays.
Salary: Hourly – $20 - $25/hr
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 per week
