Shuttle Driver

The O’Neill Automotive Group is looking for an individual who is detail oriented and possesses superior time management and organizational skills for the position of Shuttle Driver for our flagship O'Neill Nissan location. The Shuttle operates Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm with some overtime during peak periods. This is a Full-time, Permanent position. A Class 4 driver designation is required for this position.

As a Shuttle Driver, the duties include but are not limited to:

· Safely operating the Shuttle to transport service customers to and from the dealership;

· Working with O’Neill’s other Shuttle Drivers and the Service Advisors to compile a schedule/sign-up sheet for customer drop off/pick-up at the start of the service day;

· Receiving texts from the Service Advisors advising of customers who require pick-up and drop-off services from the Shuttle;

• Completing a daily mail run ensuring all outgoing mail is dropped at the post office and incoming mail is delivered to O’Neill’s office: and
• Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations while operating the Shuttle in a safe and courteous manner.

The ideal candidate will possess:

. A valid class 4 driver licence with a clean driving abstract

· Ability to provide superior customer service;

· Exceptional time management and organizational skills;

. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and

. Safe driving skills and practices.

Experience:

- Previous experience in commercial driving preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong mechanical knowledge to handle basic vehicle maintenance tasks
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor while providing exceptional customer service
