YOUR MISSION
In addition to ensuring the cleanliness of the site, the Site and Security Agentwill be responsible for ensuring the tranquility of the premises in addition to offering a presence with customers to guide them, inform them of our services, respond their requests and provide assistance to employees as needed.
YOUR ROLE
Security :
- Ensure order on the premises and ensure the safety of people and the preservation of property;
- Ensure the tranquility of the premises, compliance with spa instructions and regulations (silence, bathrobes and towels on chairs, etc.);
- Intervene with customers in the event of non-compliance with regulations or incidents, in collaboration with the director or supervisor on site.
Site :
- Maintain the cleanliness of work spaces and locations at all times;
- During winter, ensure snow removal and salt spreading at pedestrian access points (main entrance, emergency exit, etc.);
- Perform appropriate light tests to ensure water quality in all spa water bodies;
- Guide clients regarding the relaxation and relaxation process: Ensure clients' comfort and be proactive in meeting their needs;
- Inform customers about our different services / events (Aufguss, yoga, tea, meditations, rest areas, salt exfoliation, etc.);
- Welcoming comments, suggestions and complaints and forwarding them to management;
- Accomplish various related tasks in order to achieve the objectives set by the company.
YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS
- Secondary education completed;
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service;
- Excellent stress management;
- Good physical capacity;
- Thoughtful, professional and caring communication in order to deal with sometimes complex situations;
- Developed sense of observation, excellent organization, resourcefulness and maturity;
- Attention to details and customer needs;
- Mastery of the basics of first aid.
YOUR SCHEDULE
- Permanent full-time position (32-40 hours/week);
- Evening and weekend schedule.
