Are you a hardworking individual passionate about the home building industry? Our client in the home building industry is currently seeking a dedicated Site Clerk to join their team in Georgina, Ontario and Port Perry, Ontario. This role consists of manging two projects at two different job sites.
Job Description:
The Site Clerk will be responsible for completing the daily tasks associated with the day-to-day activities of our onsite office. Including, but not limited to:
- All administrative work as it pertains to the project.
- Weekly reports.
- Daily reports.
- Meeting minutes.
- Organize trailer and deliveries.
- Assist Site Superintendents.
- Order materials and supplies.
- Coordinate rentals.
- Daily photos.
- Equipment logs.
- Material logs.
- Safety documents.
- Issuing Purchase Orders
- Issuing completion slips to trades
Requirements:
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office
- Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team as well as independently
- Able to learn new systems and processes advanced computer literacy
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
- Enjoy working in a fast paced, multi deadline, team-oriented environment
- Sense of urgency and ownership over assigned tasks
- Ability to multi-task and with strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures
- Motivated individual with proven initiative
- Operates with integrity, discretion and maintains confidentially at all times
- Willing to work out of two different locations (Port Perry, Ontario and Georgina, Ontario).

- Exposure to Construction sector.
