Our prestigious client in Brookfield is looking for a site Manager to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a role model in the areas of safety, leadership, teamwork, customer focus
• Support local businesses with Contractor Safety Management (CSM) compliance and training,
• Ensure ACert compliance.
• Responsible for operational safety & effective use of resources to minimize cost and maximize feed to the kiln operations.
• responsible for site management of fuel unloading, pre-processing and transfer station;
• Responsible for daily/routine operation of the ARM & AFR program at Geocycle Brookfield
• Pre-process waste inbound material and deliver material
• Coordinates the QA/QC program with the cement plant.
• Ensure efficient manpower utilization and maintenance regimes and repairs.
• Organize (preventive) maintenance on machinery to ensure high availability of production line.
• Oversee AFR receptions with internal and external customers, and carriers.
• Provide professional and development/coaching to Geocycle & plant resources
• Interact and promote efficient teamwork with plant personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering, Logistics or Chemistry
• Minimum of five years of progressive experience within a logistics, waste management or industrial environment.

Knowledge & Skills

• Ability to develop and maintain strategic relationships
• Possess strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to drive and lead effective change in a complex multi-product line environment
• Possess superior communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
• Analytical, goal driven, customer focused, and business savy

Salary:
$90,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
