We are currently seeking a skilled Mechanical Site Supervisor to join our team on Vancouver Island. Our commitment to collaboration and innovation has been the cornerstone of our success.

We have been working on Vancouver Island since 2017 and are looking to add to our growing team. The projects are design build multi-family with a fast pace and organized client, with a focus on being the safest, most efficient and fun projects in the industry.

Requirements:

· Plumbing & HVAC Experience and an extensive knowledge and experience in Plumbing and HVAC systems within multifamily projects.

· Possess a valid Journeyman Plumber certification.

· Proficiency in Office 365 tools for effective communication and documentation.

· Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team.

· Direct and guide a team of technicians to ensure efficient and safe project execution.

· Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment for all team members.

· Coordinate material and equipment requirements for assigned projects.

· Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical issues to maintain project timelines.

· Ensure adherence to project specifications, safety standards, and quality protocols.

Salary: $65.00-$72.00 per hour
