True North Labour is seeking a skilled Skid Steer Operator for a construction site in Vancouver. Position can lead to a permanent hire opportunity.
Duties
- Operate Skid Steer equipment to perform various tasks on construction sites
- Use Skid Steer to bulldoze, dig, pave, and build as required
- Operate Skid Steer for horizontal drilling and grader operation
- Utilize Skid Steer for loading and unloading materials
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on Skid Steer equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while operating Skid Steer
Qualifications
- Valid Skid Steer Ticket
- Proven experience in operating heavy equipment, specifically Skid Steer
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness
- Physical stamina to withstand long hours of outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
