About Top Hand Ventures Ltd:

We are an established fencing and excavation company operating all over British Columbia

We offer a diverse range of services and specialize in the construction of various styles of fencing.

We are highly committed to quality workmanship and client satisfaction

Job Responsibilities:

As a laborer at Top Hand Ventures, your tasks will include:

Building braces and stretching wire

Laying out posts using the tractor (or assisting a fellow team member who is operating the tractor)

Operating quads to roll out wire, grass seed and a wide range of other tasks

Operating chainsaws, staple guns, drills and impact drivers.

As well as many other tasks required to remove and re-construct fences

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must:

Be physically fit and capable of working long hours

Possess reliable transportation to and from job sites or meeting locations (crew pickup points)

Have Level 1 First Aid certification

Hold an ATV Operators Certificate

Posses a WHMIS Certificate

Be a team player and willing to acquire additional certifications if necessary (such as S100 or S185)

This position will require the ability to travel and work in various locations across BC. Accommodations will be provided as either Hotel Rooms, Resort Facilities or RV Trailers, depending on the current project and what the most functional option is for that job location and project style.
