Mountain View Precast, headquartered in Alberta, and Saskatchewan, is a construction company specializing in sustainable prefab and Precast Concrete products for commercial and agricultural structures. As we expand our operations to various projects in Alberta, we're actively seeking dedicated individuals to join our Road Crews as Skilled Labourers for a multitude of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Execute precise and efficient precast wall installations
- Engage in repetitive, assisted heavy lifting (50-100 lbs.)
- Work in environments with vibration, noise, and varying conditions
- Demonstrate flexibility in learning different areas for career advancement
- Utilize power hand tools throughout the duration of your shift
- Bring 2-3 years of working experience in labor-intensive roles
Bonus Points for Candidates with:
- Experience operating a telehandler or boom lift
- Background in structural concrete work
- Prior roles involving quality assurance
Work Details:
- Projects all over Alberta and Saskatchewan, with accommodations provided
- Monday-Friday roles, Sundays OFF
- Typical workdays: 8-10 hours
- Anything over 8 hours is OVERTIME
- Compensated for driving days
- Single and Family Benefits available after 3 months
- Vacation paid out at 9.6% each pay period
