Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Generate daily content for our Social Media platforms, including photos and videos that can create compelling visuals about our services. Use creativity and tools such as Canva to create engaging visuals.
- Create engaging and relevant content for Social Media posts
- Social Media Management: Create, manage and oversee Social Media accounts and content across multiple platforms, such as Instagram, and Facebook.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our online community, responding to comments, answering questions, and creating a positive environment.
- Client Interaction: Communicate with clients via email, and phone, providing top-tier customer service and nurturing relationships.
- Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks as needed, including day-to-day office documenting, invoicing, filing, record keeping, collecting payments, etc.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on feedback and online reviews, employing Social Media analytics tools to understand audience behaviour and suggest improvements.
- Growth: Develop strategies to grow our online following and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- Experience in client communication and office administration. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Social Media platforms and content creation. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
- Experience using grahic design tools such as Canva.
- Experience in photography, video editing and softwares such as Al tools for generating Social Media content (an asset).
- Familiarity with Social Media analytics tools (an asset).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.
