Social Media Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to join our team. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Social Media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. Duties: - Develop and execute Social Media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn - Create engaging and shareable content including text, image, and video posts - Monitor Social Media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Analyze Social Media data to identify trends and insights for optimization - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Social Media Marketing Experience: - Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role - Solid knowledge of digital marketing concepts and best practices - Experience with Social Media management tools such as Hootsuite - Familiarity with SEO principles and keyword research - Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design purposes - Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills - Knowledge of advertising strategies on Social Media platforms - Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus If you are a creative thinker with a passion for Social Media Marketing, we would love to hear from you.
