Your Mission:
- Contact potential customers door to door to schedule appointments for our solar advisors.
- Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
- Help homeowners lower their current electric consumption and increase the value of their home.
- Build a community of microgrids across the Okanagan area.
Your Skill Set:
- Proven success in residential solar sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
- Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with 16 of those hours during prime selling hours 4-8pm.
- Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently follow leads.
- Comfortable working independently and walking door to door.
- Able to live on commissions only for the first 30 - 60 days.
