Your Mission:

• Contact potential customers door to door to schedule appointments for our solar advisors.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and our company's products and services.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled.
• Help homeowners lower their current electric consumption and increase the value of their home.
• Build a community of microgrids across the Okanagan area.

Your Skill Set:

• Proven success in residential solar sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
• Able to work a minimum of 25 hours per week, with 16 of those hours during prime selling hours 4-8pm.
• Ability to handle rejection positively and persistently follow leads.
• Comfortable working independently and walking door to door.
• Able to live on commissions only for the first 30 - 60 days.
