An exciting new Oceanside Restaurant in Southern New Brunswick in the beautiful seaside resort town of Saint Andrews by the Sea is searching for a dedicated, skilled Sous Chef and line support staff who love food and creating a culinary dining experience. Fresh, wholesome ingredients prepared with care - focusing on staff supplying a complete experience in a memorable location. If you consider yourself a team player, have the ability to work co-operatively with and without our Executive Chef, work rapidly and efficiently under pressure and be part of a team of committed cooks we want to hear from you.
Any certificates, education or training in the culinary arts in a definite bonus. Our expectations are high, as we are looking for exceptional individuals driven to succeed and share our vision.
For Sous Chef, the successful applicant should have experience in all aspects of running a busy kitchen including
- Prepping for a busy service
- Being an inspirational and enabled member of our team
- Creating memorable dishes using local sourced, fresh ingredients while maintaining a sharp eye on inventory control and food costs
- Along with our Executive Chef; ordering and monitoring food and supplies accurately and in an effective timely manner
- Adhere to Health and Safety regulations and maintain a clinical level of cleanliness
Prep Chefs or Line Cooks - If you have the skills and ambition that sets you apart, we would like to talk to you .
