Spray Foam Technician

Trinity Energy Group is currently seeking a self-motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Spray Foam Technician. We are looking for an experienced technician who is willing and capable of leading a crew. Responsibilities:

· Perform on-site installations of Spray Foam insulation in residential and commercial buildings according to project specifications and industry standards.

· Prepare work areas, including masking and protecting surfaces not to be sprayed, and ensuring proper ventilation.

· Operate Spray Foam equipment and tools safely and efficiently.

· Measure and mix chemicals to the required proportions for the insulation application.

· Apply Spray Foam insulation using appropriate techniques and ensure proper coverage.

· Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed.

· Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

· Communicate with customers, project managers, and team members to coordinate project timelines and address any concerns.

Job Requirements:

· Previous experience in Spray Foam insulation installation or a similar field is highly desirable.

· Strong knowledge of Spray Foam equipment, materials, and application techniques.

· Understanding of building codes and regulations related to insulation installation.

· Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.

· Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

· Effective communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
