Administrative Assistant

Join a top employer and advance your career. Aplin has partnered with a Dartmouth, NS-based company to hire an Executive Assistant! This will be a 6-month contract with the potential to go permanent.
Benefits & Perks:

• Compensation: Upto $35/hour.
• Please note, that this will be a fully on-site role at the Client’s Dartmouth Location.
• Monday to Friday (8 am or 9 am start).
• Immediate Start.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting and providing administrative support to the Vice President/General Manager.
• Responsible for processing, tracking, registering, and administering training, and booking travel and conference requests.
• Assist with Front Desk responsibilities and day-to-day such as personal calendars, meetings, handling communications, preparing materials, and setting up company activities.
• Coordinate event planning, on-site catering, and corporate social events.
• Manage office supplies.

Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma & Diploma or Degree in Administration.
• Must have over 4 years of experience in Office Management or Executive Assistant reporting to upper management.
• Must be proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and, MS Teams.
• Must have excellent communication, multitasking, and, interpersonal skills.
