Aversan Inc. (www.aversan.com ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Aerospace, Digital Health, Medical Devices, Nuclear and IT.
We are currently seeking a qualified Sr Advanced Systems Engineer (Network Systems) who will be responsible for validating the Aircraft Data Network (ADN) solution and completing the network design, integration, and verification activities including robustness testing. Candidate should have an Electrical/Computer Engineering or Computer Science degree and experience in one or more of the following disciplines:
- Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle (ARP-4754 familiarity preferred)
- Experience with ethernet networks (experience with ARINC 664 and SAE AS6802 (Time-Triggered Ethernet) protocols 0preferred)
- Experience in system verification and lab testing (experience with automation strategies preferred)
- Experience with Agile development processes
- Experience with IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation requirements management tool and IBM Rational Quality Manager for test planning, test construction, and test artifact management
- Experience with lab equipment including oscilloscopes, signal generators, power supplies, and network data analysis test software
- Experience coordinating with cross-functional design teams including Systems, Software, Hardware, and Test
- Experience with integrated modular avionics
- Technical writing skills and effective communicator
